Whats the name of this prison movie?

A black guy and a white guy go to prison no not The Shawshank Redemption. and the black guy gets framed for beating some guy and i don't know why the white guy gets put in there but they become real good friends and end up working in the worden's house and one of the guys sleeps with his daughter and they fake there deaths and break out.
