If your name is not "Emanuel" (which means God With Us), does it mean you are not God With Us?

Yes. Among the prophecies that Jesus did not fulfill to qualify as the messiah was in not being named emmanuel. ( of co use they stuck that on him later, but even then they really couldn't posthumously have him rebuild the temple)
