Do u think it's weird that I don't like wen everyone says to me 'youre well able'? Help?!?

I don't really like that word bcuz it feels like UR a slave and ppl making u do things u dont WNT to do and make u do it too much. And also I think it's a bit too old fashioned, so guys how sud I solve this? Is it totally weird? Insults accepted :)
