RTS and strategy games?

mk so iv gone from pokemon. to rpgs. to halo. to other shooters. to wow. diablo 2. an idk lately iv been bored with all games. rpgs are ether too long or not very fun. or shooters are jus meh to me. so idk iv been finally looking into Strategy an RTS games. honestly never done any before. i currently have a free gift card for a game so haha and i just saw Star Craft 2 is out so. but i dont wna get a game that il suck at if i cant play 24/7 like wow. cus im done with stuff like that. i wanna have fun but also have skill involved, just not heroine addict time sinking skill haha.
