Help i have acne from steroids?

not my first cycle.But best fcking cycle ever.Test cypionate and anavar baby gained good m and strength.I am now the 3rd biggest and strongest guy in the gym.But unfortunately i have acne in my face.I been over with my cycle 2 months.I have tried oxy wash but the damn thing make it worse fck.I need something to get rid of the acne.
