How to be fluent in English?

The english language is my second language. Many native speakers told me that my English is good , i can even translate from English to French and vise verse. but the problem that i want to be fluent in speaking , my writing is better than my speaking i have this accent and sometimes i confused between the american english and the english . in addition, i prepare myself to be a simultaneous interpreter but my accent and lack of fluency could be an obstacle before my dreams. i haven't any opportunity to speak with native speakers. any help.
