Do you give sound counsel? I need your help in this situation.?

What can I do to counteract the imprecations of a friend who has been hurt?He keeps speaking hurricanes off the Saffir-Simpson scale; and one is headed directly for where we live ! He wants hurricanes to line up like traffic and hit until this locale becomes like a sandbar. Now I live here; and before the season started I had a dream about water coming into the land like surf. In another dream the water was coming in[large waves] and people were running from it. The more they ran, the faster it came.In the third dream, the sea crested- high peaks-at least 6-7 feet.I am not afraid because I am always praying. But this person, who has been hurt by gossip and wants answers[which nobody in the community claims to know or want to give] says he will petition any power who is willing to help him. He told me to take him seriously and if I get in the way I must be prepared to take the blows.What would you do in this situation? I need sound counsel urgently because this is not a joke. He says he is not a joke for people.Hurricanes do not always behave the way meterologist see them; and we know that from TS Fay and others.Please help.
