Will an out of state college accept me?

I live in Florida, but I really would like to go out of state for college. I was thinking UCLA or USF (University of San Francisco). I am not sure which major I want to pursue, but I am thinking of Theater and Environmental Science. I currently have a 3.2 GPA, I haven't gotten back my SAT scores yet, I am in all honors or AP cles, I am involved in every show my school theater does, and I am in the Best Buddies club (secretary). Is this enough?
