Curious,do all Christians believe everyone that doesn't accept J as their saviour will go to hell?

Or by faith alone not good works they'll be saved? Know some good Xtians who are rightous helping others.Conversely there's many who do do nothing good only attempt converting those that don't believe like they do.Even attacking Xtians of another denomination..
