Would the car running with the Spark Plug wire off Cylinder #3 cause timing and bad running problems?

When your plug lead came off then the plug wasnt firing on that cylinder and as the petrol was being delivered to that cylinder the plug will be fouled up with petrol.Clean that plug or replace it and you should be ok
