Why am I always late? I can not be punctual and I regret then I'm late again!?

it is right to be early , 15 minuets a cup of coffee ,always be early enough to have a cup of coffee before you have to be there , that gives you time to unwinde . and it's a good way to meet people . then if your late you will miss out on the best part of your day, but you'll be there .
