Please help. Savannah monitor hunger strike. Serious answers only please.?

Well he escaped 2-3 weeks ago and i found him he had gone into my cabinet and i think he either got bit by some kind of spider or when he got out of the cabinet that wood scrathed his scaleds because he has a bit of black and a bit of skales ripped off. The problem was that before he escaoed he refused to eat, he did eat a fuzzy but he would normally eat, he gave me eating problems when he first escaped. he would still eat, but now he stopped completely, what can i use to make him hungry, an appetite stimulant? I fed him raw ground chicken, nightcrawlers, fuzzies, pinkies, crickets, superworms, I gave him a med mouse do you think that could've impacted him? He is only a foot long. What can i put on the wound like neosporin or somthing? He drank today and i soaked him in lukewarm water, so i doubt its impaction. I even accidently opened a fuzzy to see if he'd eat it he ignores everything and he isn't as fiesty as he used to be and he is getting skinnier since the last time i've seen him
