I know someone who is an American Indian.?

If she has her BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS NUMBER.. then she is entitled to the money.. she doesn't have to be a RESIDENT member of a tribe.. many indians get monthly checks and chose to not live on a pueblo or a reservation.
