I have a complete rotator cuff tear involving the anterior aspect of the supraspinatus tendon.?

The injury was 125 days ago and now my doctor is retiring and won't do the surgery. I found another doctor to do it but now I have to want 60 more days. Is 185 days to long to wait for surgery? Will it heal OK?
