I am running vista and my new tab is now so tiny (about the size of a postage stamp) please help?

I pressed Control underscore instead of shift underscore, then i did it again hoping it would get bigger again. No much smaller, now all new tabs are tiny. Please help...I was in the middle of setting up my new email and now my toddler is crying...not good!
