How can i prevent sweaty hands?

i have sweaty hands and have been really embarred by it in the past. and i just got a bf and i don't want him to hold my hand and it be all sweaty and wet and gross. i mean i know it shouldn't matter but still i don't want it to happen! i heard of a thing called lux warm or something like that then i found out it doesn't really work. i need something that won't cost any money but, wont take long to work and will keep working for at least a few hours. Any ideas?
